Ashes to Insights LLC. offers wellness services including, but not limited to, coaching, hypnotherapy, EFT Tapping, and microdosing support. The scope of these services may vary based on the specific session booked.

3. Booking and Payment

1. Booking: All events and services must be booked in advance. Private, retreat support and corporate sessions are by appointment only.

2. Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   1. For services, cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable and may be eligible to be rescheduled to another date.

   2. For events, cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

4. Reschedule Policy: Things happen in life, we get it. Rescheduling a service must occur up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling made after this period will be treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.

1. Events and Appointments:

   1. Refunds are only issued for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period - up to 72 hours before the scheduled session or event. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or for services rendered.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Health Disclosure: Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to pregnancy, pacemakers, metal implants, or recent surgeries, prior to booking a session.

• Personal Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Any form of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and no refund will be provided.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

• General Disclaimer: The services provided by Ashes To Insights LLC. are intended to promote relaxation and well-being. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
